Last month, Redmi had announced its latest lineup of RedmiBook Pro series laptops. The company announced refreshed versions of its existing lineup, and now, the RedmiBook Pro 15 has just launched in China, with 11th Gen Intel processor.
Earlier this month, the Chinese tech giant
released the RedmiBook Pro 14 inch variant in its home market. This version
featured an 11th Gen Intel Core i5, which optionally arrived with an NVIDIA
MX450 mobile GPU and could even be upgraded to an Intel i7 as well. Now, the
company launched the 15 inch variant earlier (15th March 2021). The base
variant also arrives with a Core i5, which can upgraded to an i7 as well.
Similar to the 14 inch version, it can also be paired with an NVIDIA MX450
mobile graphics card.
In the new RedmiBook Pro laptops, the
highlighting feature is the new displays, which
features a resolution of 3200x2000px that also supports 90Hz high
refresh rate as well. These displays also supports 100 percent sRBG color gamut
and offer a 178 degree wide viewing angle along with DC dimming and TYV
Rheinland Low blue light certification. Under the hood, the new laptop features
16GB of DDR4 3200Mhz RAM, 512GB of PCIe SSD storage.
The notebook is powe3red by a built in
70WHr battery, which supports a USB Type C port for charging at up to 100W,
which can charge the device up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes. The price of
the new RedmiBook Pro 15 starts from 4,999 Yuan (US$ 758), while
the top variant is priced at 6,299 Yuan (US$ 968). It is
currently available for purchase from major Chinese e commerce websites like
JD.com.
