With users seeking for devices that will endure
everyday accidents like drops or water spilled, rugged phones are becoming
quite popular. And as no big name in the industry is interested in that market
segment, Chinese manufacturers caught the chance and are releasing great rugged
devices. One of them is Snopow that released their latest model, Snopow M10
back in December.
The M10 features a 5″ FHD IPS display with Gorilla
Glass 4. It comes with the low power consumption Helio P20 along with 6GB of
RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Also, as every respectful rugged device, it
comes with a big, 6500mAh battery. In addition, there is a 16MP camera on the
back while the front one comes at half that, at 8MP with Iris recognition
support for maximum security.
Of course, the IP68 certification is there too to
protect you from water and dust while the rugged outer hell takes care of
accidental drops. There is an SOS button for emergencies and the rear camera
can host multiple lenses for additional functionality. The lenses are optional
and include a telephoto lens, a micro-lens, a wide-angle lens, and a cat eye
optical lens. On the other hand, many extras are included in the box, like back
splint, hand scrap, screw driver, USB cable, adapter, stand charger, and
