Motorola Edge 50 Fusion has finally launched in India. The new device arrives with some impressive specs and features despite its attractive mid range pricing. The Edge 50 Fusion was first launched in Europe last month, so now, let’s have a look at the Indian version.
The Edge 50 Fusion sports a tall 6.7-inch
curved pOLED display that supports FHD+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, Corning
Gorilla Glass 5, and 1600 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, it is
equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, which is paired with up to 12GB of
RAM and 512GB of storage. This device runs on the Android 14 OS out of the box.
A large 5,000mAh battery pack powers this device, which supports 68W wired fast
charging.
For photography, the device features a
dual camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700C primary sensor.
This supports OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and 2.0µm pixel size. It is
paired with a 13-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens. Meanwhile, the front houses a
32-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls. Other notable features
include an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, Bluetooth 5.2, Dual SIM, and
a thin and light 7.9mm body that weighs just 174.9 grams.
The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion has been
released in the region with a starting price tag of 22,999 INR for its 8GB +
128GB. On the other hand, the 12GB + 256GB variant costs 24,999 INR. It is
currently listed for purchase on the brand’s official website and Flipkart. You
can also get this device from offline stores from 22nd May 2024. Buyers can
also get an instant 2,000 INR discount with ICICI bank credit cards and credit
card EMI.
