HKC has unveiled a new gaming monitor called the G27H2 in the Chinese market, boasting a 27-inch Fast IPS panel at a competitive price point. This monitor is targeted towards gamers looking for a smooth and immersive gaming experience without breaking the bank. The monitor is priced at 1199 yuan (US$ 169) and it is now available on JD.com.
The G27H2 features a 27-inch Fast IPS
panel with a 2560×1440 resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of
180Hz, ensuring smooth visuals and fast response times in fast-paced games. The
panel boasts a 1ms response time, further reducing motion blur for a more
responsive gaming experience.
The panel boasts 95% DCI-P3, 123% sRGB,
and 102% Adobe RGB color gamut coverage, ensuring vibrant and accurate colors.
Additionally, it supports HDR 400 technology, further enhancing the contrast
and color reproduction. In terms of brightness, the panel goes up to 350 nits
in SDR and 400 nits in HDR content.
The monitor supports AMD FreeSync
technology, which helps eliminate screen tearing and choppy frame rates by
synchronizing the display’s refresh rate with the output from a compatible
graphics card.
HKC has equipped the G27H2 with its
self-developed DIC dynamic blur elimination technology, which aims to reduce
trailing and improve aiming accuracy in games. The monitor also features a low
blue light mode to reduce eye strain during long gaming sessions.
The G27H2 comes with an ergonomic stand
that allows for height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and pivot, providing users
with a comfortable viewing experience. It also supports VESA wall mounting for
added flexibility. For connectivity, the G27H2 features 2 HDMI 2.0 ports, 1 DP
1.4 port, and an audio output port.
