The Redmi Note 13 series was recently introduced in China, and the lineup is slowly but surely crawling towards an international launch. There is a Redmi Note 13 Pro with 5G support and a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, and now we learn Xiaomi is preparing another version of the phone limited to LTE network support.
Both devices were certified with the NBTC,
Thailand's telecommunications regulator. The certification clearly says “Redmi
Note 13 Pro” and “Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G”, indicating two different phones. The
Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro model number with LTE hasn't come across before so we
are unsure what to expect beyond the chipset change.
The Note 13 Pro in China has a 6.67” OLED
with a 1220p resolution and up to 120 Hz refresh rate. The main camera on the
back has 200 MP resolution, while the 5,100 mAh battery supports 67W charging.
Quite the combination for a midranger that had a starting price in China below US$ 200.
