vivo sub-brand iQOO is launching two Z8 devices tomorrow, and today we learned some details about the more affordable Z8x variant. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, while the battery capacity is going to be 6,000 mAh.
The Z8x is expected to be more affordable
than the Z8, similar to the previous mid-range iQOO Z series, but once again it
will be the battery champion. The Z8 will have the more powerful Mediatek
Dimensity 8200 chipset, though.
We also expect some downgrades in the
camera department and the charging speed, but the Z8x will surely support at
lest 80W charging because that's what the predecessor iQOO Z7x brought. Rumors
also point to 120 Hz screen of Full HD+ resolution.
Sadly, the Zx series never escaped China,
and we expect the Z8x also to remain exclusive for the domestic audience.
