vivo Philippines has just launched the new Y02T in the country. The device boasts a slim and trendy yet durable design, an eye comfort screen, and a big battery capacity priced at PHP 5,999. In particular, the new vivo Y02T highlights a premium-looking design in Cosmic Grey and Sunset Gold colorways. It also has a new anti-fingerprint back cover made with a new nano-grade material spray coating process to make it resistant to daily scratches.
Moreover, vivo claims that the handset has
been tested rigorously to ensure that it will last for a long time. Apart from
scratches, the company noted that it has been tested to withstand drops and
even extreme weather conditions. According to vivo's lab tests, the phone has
been tested 32,000 times for drops, 10,000 times for USB ports, and 6,000 times
for headset ports. The company also used and stored the phone in artificial
environments that reached -20 degrees Celsius and 75 degrees Celsius.
For specs, the device is equipped with a
6.51-inch LCD HD+ screen with a notch for the 5MP selfie camera. vivo also said
that it has the Eye Protection Screen feature that lessens eye strain from
harmful blue light as it automatically adjusts the level of brightness based on
ambient light conditions. It is powered by the aging 2.3GHz 12nm MediaTek Helio
P35 octa-core processor with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 4GB RAM, up to 4GB Extended
RAM (total of 8GB Dynamic RAM), 5,000mAh battery capacity, and micro USB 10W
charging.
At the back, you get an 8MP main shooter
with bokeh mode for portrait shots and an LED flash. It also has face unlock,
dual-band WiFi, 4G LTE connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and dual SIM slots. It
runs with the lightweight Android 13 (Go edition) OS with vivo's very-own
Funtouch OS 13 skin on top.
