Lenovo has a lineup of premium high-end laptops under the ThinkPad series and the company has now announced a new model in the series in the Chinese market, dubbed Lenovo ThinkPad P15v 2022 Ryzen Edition. The newly launched laptop is priced at 7,479 yuan, which roughly converts to US$ 1,024, and the device can be purchased through the company’s official online store in China.
Lenovo ThinkPad P15v 2022 Ryzen Edition
features a 15.6-inch Full HD LED-backlit display that offers a 1920 x 1080
pixels screen resolution, 300 nits brightness, 100% sRGB color gamut, DC
Dimming, and more. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core AMD
Ryzen 7 6800H processor, coupled with 16GB of DDR5 4800MHz RAM and 512GB NVMe
SSD. It supports up to 64GB of RAM and 2TB of internal storage. There’s also
NVIDIA T600 4GB GDDR6 dedicated graphics processor for visual-heavy tasks.
In the software department, the Lenovo
ThinkPad P15v 2022 Ryzen Edition runs the latest Windows 11 operating system.
It comes with an infrared camera with support for face recognition. There’s a
fully-featured USB 4.0 Type C port, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, HDMO 2, SD Card
Reader, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an Ethernet port.
The laptop is powered by a 68Whr battery.
It is priced at 7,999 yuan (US$ 1,095) but is currently available for repurchase
in the Chinese market for a discounted price of 7,479 yuan (US$ 1,024).
