An upcoming Huawei phone with model number MGA-AL00 has been certified by China’s TENAA telecom authority. The listing does not have the images of the device but mentions all its major specifications. Since it is a mid-range phone, it may debut as a Y-branded or Enjoy-series smartphone.
It is not the first time that the Huawei
MGA-AL00 has been spotted. In January, the device received certification from
China’s 3C regulatory body. With TENAA and 3C certifications in tow, Huawei
might announce it before the end of this month or early April in China.
Unfortunately, the final marketing name of the device has not been revealed
yet.
The Huawei MGA-AL00 is a 4G LTE device
with dimensions of 168.3 x 77.7 x 8.98mm and weighs 199 grams. The device is
fitted with a big OLED panel of 6.75 inches that offers an FHD+ resolution of
720 x 160 pixels. For security, it is equipped with a fingerprint scanner.
A 2.0GHz octa-core processor is present at
the helm of the Huawei MGA-AL00. It will be available in three RAM options,
such as 4 GB, 6 GB, and 8 GB. It will come in 64 GB and 128 GB storage
variants. The device will run on HarmonyOS. It has a memory card slot for more
storage.
The front side of the phone seems to
feature an 8-megapixel selfie snapper. Its rear shell has a dual-camera setup,
but the exact information on the camera sensors is not mentioned in the TENAA
listing. It packs a 6,000mAh battery (5,900mAh rated value). Based on its 3C
certification, it can be said that it may carry support for 22.5W fast
charging.
