Dell announced a new monitor titled G3223D not long ago and it has now finally hit the shelves. The monitor is up for purchase on JD.com in China starting at 2,999 Yuan, which is around USD 470. The monitor features an ultra-smooth IPS LCD screen sized 31.5-inches with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a response time of 1ms. Its refresh rate peaks at 165Hz and it has a brightness of 400 cd/m² (via IT Home).
A total of 1.07 billion colors are
supported, covering up to 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. There’s also support
for software enhancements like AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-SYNC technology
onboard. Inputs include 2x HDMI ports, 1x DisplayPort, and USB-C. Dell says the
G3223D gaming monitor supports a variable refresh rate of 165Hz when connected
to a PC and up to 120Hz at QHD resolution when connected to a gaming console.
