Realme introduced the X7 Pro last September with a 6.55" FullHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen. Now we hear the company will soon launch an Extreme Edition, which will come with a Samsung-made curved display. Word comes from reliable Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, who said the Realme X7 Pro Extreme Edition is co-designed with Naoto Fukasawa - a Japanese industrial designer who previously designed Realme X and X2 Pro's Master Editions.
The tipster claims that X7 Pro Extreme
Edition will borrow the chipset, primary camera, selfie unit, battery size, and
charging speed from the X7 Pro, but it will be 0.7mm thinner than the regular
model. The source further said the X7 Pro Extreme Edition will cost more than
CNY 2,000 (US$ 305/€ 255) in China. That's hardly a surprise since even the base
model of the regular variant was launched for CNY 2,199 (US$ 335/€ 280).
There's no word from Realme about the X7
Pro Extreme Edition yet.
