HTC has silently announced two new tablets, such as the HTC A104 and HTC A102. While the A104 has gone official now in the country, the A102 was unveiled in the previous month. Here is a look at the specifications, features, and prices of both models. The HTC A104 houses a 10.36-inch IPS LCD panel that offers a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. It has a 5-megapixel camera on the front and an LED flash-enabled camera with the same megapixel count on the back. It comes preinstalled with Android 13.
The tablet is powered by the Unisoc T606
chipset and a 7000mAh battery. The device ships with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of
storage. Its dimensions are 243.8 x 162.6 x 8.5mm and weigh 533 grams. The HTC
A102 has a slightly bigger screen of 11 inches. The IPS LCD panel offers the
same resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. It has an 8-megapixel camera on the
front and a 20-megapixel snapper with LED flash on the back. It comes preloaded
with the older Android 12 OS.
The HTC A102 is equipped with the MediaTek
Helio G85 chipset and an 8,000mAh battery. The device offers 4 GB of RAM and
128 GB of internal storage. Both tablets offer common features, such as SIM
support, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a microSD card slot, and a
USB-C port. It measures 245.6 x 155.36 x 8mm and weighs 460 grams.
The HTC A102 tablet has been available for
purchase since June in Russia with a price tag of RUB 20,990 (US$ 233). The newer
A104 tablet is priced at RUB 17,730 (US$ 193) in Russia. The A102 and A104 are
available in Silver and Black, respectively.
