Huawei is set to launch a new budget
smartphone in Myanmar, the Huawei Y7p. What makes the Huawei Y7p unique is it
will be a budget smartphone with a Punch Display. The phone is equipped with a
6.39-inch HD+ 1560 x 720 resolution display with a punch-hole on the upper left
portion of the screen to house the selfie cam. It resulted in a screen with an
impressive 90.15 screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by the 12nm Kirin 710F
octa-core processor with Mali-G51 MP4 GPU with GPU Turbo 3.0 technology, 4GB
RAM, 64GB storage, and 4,000mAh big battery.
For the cameras, it will feature an AI
triple-camera setup. It will use a 48MP main cam, 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide
cam, and a 2MP depth camera. It will also be one of the most affordable Huawei
phones with a Super Night Mode and 480fps slow-mo. Inside the punch-hole, you
will find an 8MP snapper with a fast face unlock.
The other highlight of the device is it
will come with a triple Bluetooth connection. It also has a triple-slot to
house the dual SIM and microSD cards. It will run with Android 9.1 EMUI 9.1.1
and the poster shows that it has the Huawei AppGallery.
The handset measures at 159.8 x 76.1 x 8.1
mm. It will be available in Midnight Black and Aurora Blue colorways. The rest
of the missing details are still unknown for now. Let's expect it to be more
affordable than Y9 phones.
