Redmi released a poster which shows that the
Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition will be officially released at 10 am on October
18. This version comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Interestingly,
it will be available for only 2999 yuan (US$ 422). This price includes a 200 yuan
(US$ 28) discount.
The Redmi K20 Pro comes with a 6.39-inch AMOLED
full-screen display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340. It is equipped with the
Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 flagship platform coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and
256GB of internal storage. In the camera department, it uses a 20MP pop-up
front camera. In addition, it comes with a 48MP main sensor on the rear as well
as a 13MP and 8MP shooters. Its lights are kept on with a 4000 mAh battery
which supports 27W fast charge.
In addition, the Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition
features the seventh-generation screen fingerprint recognition technology. It
uses the latest on-screen lens-type optical module which improves the
light-sensing area by 100% and unlocks faster. It is worth noting that the K20
Pro supports NFC. All in all, the Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition is the most
cost-effective Snapdragon 855 smartphone and the 12GB+512GB configuration makes
the price quite competitive.
