OPPO Reno A



For the Japanese market, OPPO recently introduced Reno A. It's a mid-ranger equipped with an IP67 water-resistant body with a curved glass back in blue-green or black colors. For the screen, it uses a Gorilla Glass 5 protected 19:5:9 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution and an In-Display fingerprint reader.

Under the hood, the handset is powered by the 10nm Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor with Adreno 616 GPU for gaming. The phone is paired with 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, and 3,600mAh battery capacity with USB-C charging. At the back, it uses a 16MP primary camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, it goes with a 25MP shooter found in the notch.

As expected, the device has WiFi, 4G LTE, GPS, and A-GPS. It runs with Android 9.0 Pie OS with ColorOS 6 on top. It measures at 158.4 x 75.4 x 7.8 mm and weighs 169.5 grams. In Japan, the handset is now available for pre-order and will go on sale on October 18. It is priced at JPY 35,800.
