T-Mobile and Amazon are already selling the LG K30
in the United States, so it's no surprise that Sprint has decided to offer the
affordable smartphone through its prepaid brand, Boost Mobile. So, starting
today, customers can purchase the LG K30 through Boost Mobile for only US$ 150
(plus tax).
If you decide to switch to Boost Mobile from another
carrier, you'll be offered four lines for US$ 25 per line per month. Each line
includes unlimited talk, text and optimized streaming videos, games and music,
4G LTE data, 50 minutes of nationwide domestic roaming, and unlimited streaming
music with data charges for select partners.
As far as the LG K30 goes, this is a pretty basic
smartphone that comes with Android 8.1 Oreo right out of the box. On the
inside, the phone includes a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek process, 2GB RAM and
32GB expandable storage.
On the back, LG's K30 includes a 13-megapixel
camera, while in the front there's a secondary 5-megapixel snapper for selfies.
Last but not least, the handset comes with standard 5.3-inch HD display, a
2,800 mAh battery, and even a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
