HOMTOM are a brand known for the good quality while
still affordable selection of smartphones. One of their latest devices of this
kind is the HOMTOM S9 Plus, now on sale over at AliExpress. The HOMTOM S9 Plus is a smartphone inspired by Xiaomi’s Mi MIX
series – what we call tri-bezel-less phones. The S9 Plus does that with its
large 5.99-inch display sporting an aspect ratio of 18:9, which makes it
narrower, thus easier to hold.
Meanwhile the rest of the body is made of
nano-composite material produced by Mitsubishi Electronics, bringing high
durability and scratch resistance while looking great, shining through when
under a light source.
HOMTOM’s S9 Plus is powered by a Mediatek MT6570T
octa-core CPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable to 128GB). The smartphone also comes with a
13.0MP + 2.0MP rear camera setup with F/2.0 aperture and an 8MP selfie snapper
with an F/2.2 lens.
