Vivo released a Vivo X21 special edition in occasion of
the FIFA World Cup that is scheduled to be hold in Russia, kicking off on June
14th. Well, the smartphone is now official with a price tag of 3698 Yuan (around US$ 578).
For those who aren’t in the loop with Vivo phones,
the latest X21 is one of their best-selling phones, and that’s why it’s been
selected to represent the company throughout the world cup. What’s special
about this variant of the Vivo X21 is the use of a four-dimensional gradient
printing technology, along with condensed precision optical technology and 3D
glass that embeds the 2018’s FIFA World Cup official logo.
Captivating design aside, the X21 packs the same
hardware of its plain variants, going from the large 6.28 inches 2280 × 1080
display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660AIE
processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, all powered by
a 3200mAh capacity battery.
Other specs include a front 12MP camera sensor for
stunning selfies coupled with Ai beautify technology, and a rear 12MP+5MP
dual-camera combo to snap photos with a shallow depth of field (bokeh effect),
dual-core focusing technology and increased P3 color gamut.
The VIVO X21 FIFA World Cup Special Edition in its
red variant will go on sale starting on June 1st.
