Xiaomi has introduced the Mi AI Speaker Mini with voice controlled lifestyle
assistand and smart home integration via Mi lab. Technically, this is the
smaller version of the MI AI speaker compared to the one that was launched last
year.
It goes with voice control for voice commands in
playing music, live radio, audio books, children's stories, and more. According
to Xiaomi it include 35 million books and songs. Moreover, it can also be used
to control other smart devices. You can use it to open curtains, turn the
lights on, adjust air conditioning temparature, turn the water heater, and
more.
It also has an AI trainer app which allows users to
create their own training and set questions and answers. It even has a
developer platform which enables developers to add more skills. It is priced at
CNY 169 or around PHP 1.4K. It will go on sale in China starting April 3.
