A new phone with the Blackshark code name appeared
on AnTuTu and Geekbench recently. According to reports, it is believed to be
Xiaomi's first gaming smartphone. Why? Xiaomi has started investing on the
Black Shark brand last year. Xiaomi now owns a part of the Black Shark
Technology Inc.
Now, Black Shark's official Weibo account just
released a teaser poster for this upcoming device. The poster confirmed that
it'll be powered with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 octa-core chipset paired with
Adreno 630 GPU.
Snapdragon 845 is the company's most powerful
chipset yet. It is designed to run nearly all apps and even the most demanding
games on Android around. Its leaked AnTuTu benchmark scoree revealed that it
got 270,680! On Geekbench, it got 8452 for multi-core and 2452 single-core
scores.
AnTuTu also revealed that it'll have an 18:9 FHD+
2160 x 1080 screen, 120Hz display, and Android 8.0 Oreo OS.
