Plantronics has launched its new Voyager 6200 UC
wireless Bluetooth neckband headset, making it available to purchase
through Plantronics authorised partners priced at SGD 299.95. The new addition to
the flagship Voyager family of enterprise headsets features a boomless design
with comfort-fit earbuds and comes equipped with noise cancellation technology,
as well as supporting “major unified communications (UC) applications”.
The professional Bluetooth headset features four
omnidirectional microphones, designed to listen for sounds in all directions.
While the active and passive noise cancellation ensures focus can be maintained
even when surrounded by noise and distractions. The Wideband audio technology
is also capable of delivering clear PC calls in in stereo and can be used for
both leisure and business, allowing users to listen to media or make calls.
The Bluetooth connectivity provides a wireless range
of up to 30 m, and the headphones are equipped with a Dynamic mute alert,
notifying users if they are talking while the mute button is in operation. The
new headset also supports integration with Plantronics Manager Pro, which is
available to purchase separately and enables IT teams, to gain insight into
every compatible Plantronics headset being used company-wide. The integrated
rechargeable battery is capable of providing up to 9 hours of talk time or 16
hours of listening time.
