DataWind Droidsurfer 7DC+ and 3G7+


DataWind has launched its first hybrid tablets in India dubbed the Droidsurfer Netbook 7DC+ and 3G7+. They come with detachable Bluetooth keyboards, which allow them to be used as Android-powered netbooks too. Both the new Droidsurfer netbooks come bundled with unlimited free internet access on the Reliance network.

The DataWind 7DC+ and 3G7+ sport 7-inch capacitive displays, and run the dated Android 4.4.2 KitKat. They are powered by dual-core Cortex A7 processors, and support up to 32 GB of expandable storage. They offer 2-megapixel primary cameras and 0.3-megapixel secondary shooters. They come with features like Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth and GPS. The DataWind 7DC+ is a 2G-only device, while the 3G7+ model supports 3G connectivity.

The DataWind Droidsurfer 7DC+ has been priced at Rs 3,999, while the Droidsurfer 3G7+ will set you back by Rs 4,999. They will be available via major brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce portals in the country. The company is touting these as the most affordable netbooks in India.
