Panasonic Eluga Turbo
Panasonic had launched a new smartphone
called Panasonic Eluga Turbo priced at Rs. 10,999. The device comes with a
glossy finish body and sports some good specifications at this price range. It
sports a 5-inch IPS display but is limited to HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution
while few other devices at this same price sports a Full HD display.
The device sports a Gorilla Glass 3 on
the front and Dragontrail glass on the back making the device scratch
resistant. Under the hood is the 64-bit unknown octa-core processor clocked at
1.5 GHz, we expect it to be a MediaTek MT6753 SoC which is the same processor
that is powering the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note.
The octa-core processor is accompanied
by 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage; the LeEco Le 1S priced same as ELuga
Turbo also comes with the same amount of RAM and storage. It supports dual SIM
dual standby and offers 4G LTE for better internet connectivity. On the camera
part, it has a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera that can record videos
in 1080p resolution at 30FPS.
It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with
customized UI overlaid. The device is backed by a 2,350 mAh battery which we
assume to be underpowered in the competition. Connectivity options
includesWi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth, MicroUSB 2.0 along with 4G LTE. The device
is listed on Snapdeal and is open for registration; there is no specific date
mentioned for the sale.
