Sioeye Iris4G


On Kickstarter fundraising started a bold project Iris 4G, which is an advanced action camera with an unlocked slot for micro-SIM, due to which the user is able to transmit video to the network through a 3G or LTE network in real time. The only restriction for online streaming video resolution is 480p, but in the normal shooting mode Sioeye Iris4G offers plenty of resolution and frame rate per second.

The camera has a wide angle lens 150 °, a slot for memory cards up to 64 GB, inclusive and integrated Wi-Fi module for remote camera control via smart phone.
It is worth noting that the camera can record video Iris4G in the diverse as:
  • ·         4K and 2K at 30 frames / s;
  • ·         1080p at 120, 60 and 30 frames / s;
  • ·         720p with a frequency of 120, 60 and 50 frames / s;
  • ·         480p at 120, 60 and 30 frames / s;
  • ·         slo-mo video;
  • ·        high-speed burst shooting and "taymlapsy" with  18, 12 or 8 megapixels.


Iris4G equipped with a 2-inch touchscreen LCD-display to control the functions of the camera and allows you to connect an external microphone via Bluetooth 4.0 or 3.5 mm audio jack. The optical system is composed of six lens with an aperture of F2.8 and is protected from scratching. For video processing and performance meets the eight-processor and operating system Android 4.4. Port microUSB / MHL 2.0 allows you to connect the camera to an external display. In addition, the cameras are installed inside the module GPS, barometer, electronic compass, gyroscope and G-sensor.
