Microsoft Lumia 950 smartphone has a 5.2-inch AMOLED display with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution (Quad HD), 518ppi and Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 808 MSM8992 hexa-core processor based on Cortex A57+Cortex A53 as well as Adreno 418 GPU and 3 GB of RAM memory. The internal storage of Microsoft Lumia 950 is 32 GB and supports storage expansion up to 200 GB through microSD card.



This 5.2-inch smartphone features a 20-megapixel PureView rear-facing camera with dual-tone LED flash, OIS, f/1.9 aperture alongside a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie and video calls. Both cameras are equipped with CMOS image sensor for better camera experience. Other key features/specs of Microsoft Lumia 950 smartphone are USB port, NFC, 3.5 mm audio jack, multiple sensors, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (dual band).

The device supports maximum download speed on 4G of 300Mbps and maximum download speed on 4G of 50Mbps due to the LTE Cat. 6 support. Microsoft Lumia 950 is a single SIM smartphone, hence, users are able to insert only one SIM card into the device.

Microsoft Lumia 950 is running on Windows 10 version of operating system and comes with 3,000 mAh of battery juice (removable). The device also supports fast charging, Qi wireless charging with flip cover. The Microsoft Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 Dual SIM come in Black and White colors, starts at at US$ 549 and will go on sale in select markets in November.
