The Redmi Note 14 Pro may have just been certified by 3C in China with support for 90W fast wired charging (a pretty nice bump from the 67W of the Redmi Note 13 Pro). The device in question bears the model number 24115RA8EC. This is the version that will be sold in China of course, as confirmed by the final "C" in the model number.
The Redmi Note 14 Pro has so far been
rumored to sport the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, which was made official by
Qualcomm yesterday. It will actually be the first handset to use that SoC when
it launches in China next month. Its predecessor used the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2,
and compared to that the new chipset has a 20% faster CPU, 40% faster GPU, and
30% better AI performance.
The global version of the Redmi Note 14
Pro will have a triple camera setup on the rear which will include a telephoto
lens. The Chinese model will have a macro camera instead. These are all the
rumored tidbits that have surfaced so far. We'll let you know when we find out
more.
