Yesterday we saw the first leaked images depicting the upcoming Moto G55, and today more have leaked. Along with them, we have the first rumored specs for the handset. It's said to arrive in green, purple, and grey. It will be powered by an unnamed MediaTek Dimensity 5G chip, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
On the rear there's a 50 MP f/1.8 main
camera with OIS, and an 8 MP f/2.2 ultrawide. For selfies there's a 16 MP f/2.4
snapper. The Moto G55 is allegedly going to have a 5,000 mAh battery with 30W
fast wired charging. The display will have Gorilla Glass 3 on top and the phone
will be IP54 rated for dust and splash protection.
The Moto G Power 5G (2025) has been leaked
too, seen in the image below in purple. It looks quite a lot like its
predecessor. One upgrade is in the number of cameras on the back: the new model
will have three, the old one only got two.
No other information about the Moto G
Power 5G (2025) has been leaked yet, but there's plenty of time left for that
to happen, seeing as how its predecessor launched this March. That means we're
most likely still many months away from the official introduction of the Moto G
Power 5G (2025).
