Last week we saw the upcoming vivo Y28s 5G appear in a Geekbench listing and now the same device has passed through Taiwan’s NCC database complete with live images and specs. The upcoming budget device is once again seen with the V2346 identifier and we now get our first live look at its design. The accompanying spec sheet confirms a 6.56-inch display which is likely an LCD as well as a 5,000 mAh battery and a 15W charger.
We can also see a dual cameras on the
back,a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB-C port, headphone jack, and a
hybrid SIM slot. The listings also confirm dual-band Wi-Fi 5 connectivity and
NFC. Last week's Geekbench listing confirmed the Y28s will feature MediaTek’s
Dimensity 6300 chipset with 5G connectivity and Android 14 out the box. Y28s 5G
will be offered in 6/128GB and 8/256GB trims.
