Oukitel will soon launch the C53 entry-level smartphone, and we've received some exclusive information about it, so let's see what it's all about. The Oukitel C53 will be built around a 6.6" HD+ LCD with 400 nits brightness and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The screen will also have a notch for the 5MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture.
The Oukitel C53's rear panel will have a
diamond-cut design and feature a squircle-shaped module with three circles -
one for the flash and two for the cameras. However, there's only one usable
camera, and that's the primary camera, using a 13MP sensor with an f/2.2
aperture. The second camera is just for decoration.
Under the hood, we'll have the Unisoc
SC9863A SoC with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, expandable via a microSD card with a
dedicated slot. The smartphone will boot Android 14, but we don't know how many
Android version upgrades it will receive. Fueling the Oukitel C53 will be a
4,000 mAh battery, which will draw power through a USB-C port. The smartphone
will also come with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Oukitel will offer the C53 in grey, blue,
purple, and green colors, and it will be sold through Oukitel's official
website for about US$ 120 (€ 110) to US$ 130 (€ 120).
