Last month, ZTE unveiled its latest flagship smartphone with the Axon 60 Ultra, and now the brand has announced two more members in the series with the Axon 60 and Axon 60 Lite. These are affordable 4G devices with Unisoc chipsets, 50MP main cams, and 5,000 mAh batteries. Axon 60 brings a 6.72-inch IPS LCD with FHD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio while Axon 60 Lite gets a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate. Both Axon 60 and 60 Lite feature ZTE Live Island which displays notifications, reminders, and activities around the front-facing camera à la Apple’s Dynamic Island.
Axon 60 is equipped with a Unisoc T616
chipset alongside 6GB RAM and 256GB storage as standard. Axon 60 Lite gets a
Unisoc T606 SoC with 4GB RAM and 256GB storage. Both phones boast 50MP main
cams with the Axon 60 also getting a 2MP macro cam and an unspecified depth
helper while Axon 60 Lite offers a 2MP depth helper and an AI cam. Axon 60 also
gets a 32MP front-facing camera while the Lite model makes do with an 8MP
shooter.
Both phones boot Android 13 out the box
and bring 5,000 mAh batteries with 22.5W charging. They also come with
headphone jacks, Bluetooth 5.2, and dual band WiFi support.
ZTE Axon 60 comes in Gold, Purple, and
Black colors and starts at MXN 3,699 (US$ 219). Axon 60 Lite is available in Purple,
Gold, and Blue colors and retails for MXN 2,999 (US$ 177)
