TECNO has officially listed the CAMON 30 Premier 5G on its international website. First showcased last MWC 2024 in Barcelona, Spain, the TECNO CAMON 30 Premier 5G is the company's most premium camera-focused smartphone this 2024. To recap, the device features a premium-looking digital camera-inspired back with a vegan leather finish with an Action Dot light that you could use as an indicator when you are taking videos.
In front, it uses a fairly large 6.77-inch
LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K 2780 x 1264 resolution.
It also has an In-Display fingerprint reader and a top-center punch-hole for
its first 50MP selfie camera. Inside, it uses a 4nm Dimensity 8200 Ultimate 5G
paired with 12GB RAM + 12GB virtual RAM (up to 24GB in total), 512GB internal storage,
and a 5,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 70W Ultra Charge tech.
As expected, it is a camera-focused device
with powerful sensors for improved photos and videos. On paper, it sports a
flagship-worthy 50MP Sony IMX890 high-end camera with an OIS main camera, a
50MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP 3x optical zoom periscope camera. Completing
the specs, the device also has a stereo speaker, Dolby Atmos, IR Blaster, WiFi
6, 5G, 4G LTE, FM Radio, GNSS, and dual SIM slots. It runs with Android 14 out
of the box and measures 162.66 x 76.23 x 7.907 mm.
