Motorola Edge 50 Fusion

Motorola unveiled its Edge 50 Pro earlier this month and followed it up with the Edge 50 Ultra which boasts a more capable chipset, better cameras and a larger battery. The third device in the Edge 50 series is here with the Edge 50 Fusion and it’s billed as the “balanced” offering in the series.

Edge 50 Fusion features a curved 6.7-inch pOLED with FHD+ resolution, a 50MP main cam, and a 5,000 mah battery with 68W TurboPower charging. Edge 50 Fusion units sold in Europe, the Middle East and Africa feature a 144Hz refresh rate display and Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset while the Latin America model gets a 120Hz panel and Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. Both versions come with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

The back houses dual cameras with a 50MP main shooter relying on the LYT-700C sensor with f/1.88 aperture, 1.0μm pixels, and OIS. The auxiliary lens is a 13MP ultrawide camera that doubles as a macro lens. The front brings a 32MP selfie shooter housed inside a punch-hole cutout. Edge 50 Fusion boots Android 14 with Motorola’s Hello UX on top. This latest edition of Moto’s custom Android skin offers generative AI for custom-tailored wallpapers and Motorola Smart Connect for seamless integration and continuity features with Lenovo PC.

Other notable features include moto AI which can adjust the shutter speed in the camera app, handle autofocus tracking and optimize highlights, shadows and colors on your photos. Edge 50 Fusion is also IP68-rated and features Pantone Validated display and camera.

Motorola Edge 50 Fusion comes in Forest Blue, Hot Pink and Marshmallow Blue colors. Pricing in Europe is set to start at € 349.
