Huawei Pura 70 is just 157.6 mm tall, the shortest non-foldable Huawei flagship in almost three years. It's built around a 6.6” LTPO OLED display of 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate and 2,760 x 1,256 pixel resolution. There's a sheet of Kunlun Glass for protection on top. The phone comes with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB storage. There is no slot for memory card expansion.
The Pura 70 camera setup retains two of
the shooters from its predecessor, Huawei P60. Those are the 13MP F/2.2
ultrawide camera and the 12 MP f/3.4 5x telephoto with OIS. The main camera
still has a variable f/1.4-f/4.0 aperture but has now been upgraded to a 50 MP
sensor.
Huawei equipped the Pura 70 with a 4,900
mAh battery that supports 66W wired, 50W wireless and 7.5W reverse wireless
charging and the required Huawei SuperCharge adapter ships in the box. The
phone runs HarmonyOS 4.2.
Huawei Pura 70 starts from CNY 5,499
(US$ 760/€ 710) for its base 12/256 GB version and goes up to CNY 6,999 (US$ 965/€ 905)
for the 1 TB option. There are four color options: Sakura Rose Red, Ice Crystal
Blue, Snow White, and Feather Sand Black. Pre-orders are now open, with sales
beginning on Monday, April 22.
