Oppo is teasing its next flagship Wear OS smartwatch, which will launch on February 29 in Malaysia. The Oppo Watch X appears to be nearly identical to the recently teased OnePlus Watch 2 which is launching three days earlier on February 26.
Oppo Watch X features the same design as
the OnePlus Watch 2 and we can assume the same specs. These should include a
1.43-inch OLED display with 466 x 466 px resolution, Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chip
and Google Wear OS 4. Oppo Watch X will be offered in Platinum Black and Mars
Brown colors.
In related news, Oppo Watch X (OWW231)
received MIIT and 3C certifications which confirm 4G LTE connectivity via eSIM
and 10W charging support. Rumors suggest tha the smartwatch will feature a 500
mAh battery.
