MSI has announced the new Prestige 16 AI series of laptops featuring the latest Intel Core Ultra 9 processor for India. The series will rely on Intel’s integrated NPU (Neural Processing Unit) technology, a dedicated AI acceleration core that generates a much more efficient CPU/GPU computing experience and enhances power efficiency.
The series includes MSI Prestige 13 AI Evo
A1MG, Prestige 16 AI Evo B1MG, and Prestige 16 AI Studio all featuring the new
MSI AI Engine, which delves into different AI-determined user scenarios to
automatically adjust the hardware settings without any manual involvement.
The MSI Prestige 16 AI Studio models come
with options for up to a 16″ UHD+ (3840 x 2400 pixels) OLED screen, an Intel
Core Ultra 9 185H CPU, 8GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU, up to 32GB
LPDDR5 RAM and more. The new models weigh merely 1.5kg and have a
Magnesium-Aluminum Alloy chassis, carrying a 99.9WHr battery with up to PD 3.1
140W Charging for long-lasting battery life.
There are also two Intel EVO-certified
models that deliver heavyweight performance with lightweight portability and
include NVIDIA Studio certification. The new Prestige 13 AI Evo features up to
an Intel Core i7 155H processor, and weighs only 990g with a 75WHrs battery
inside.
The MSI Prestige AI series laptops are set
to be unveiled in India starting 2024, with availability slated by March 2024.
