At the end of last month, a rumor brought us purported leaked pricing for the iQOO 12 in India, where it's due to launch on December 12. That was good to get a general idea of where it would sit in the market, but you know what's better? A leak of the official pricing straight from a well known retailer.
And today, Amazon delivered. It listed the
iQOO 12 prematurely, with pricing and all, so we now know exactly what to
expect. The entry level model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will go for
INR 52,999, while the version with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage will set
you back INR 57,999.
Note, however, that the listing showed
both of these as cut prices, from INR 59,999 and INR 64,999, respectively for
each variant. So, according to Amazon, those will be the MRPs.
The iQOO 12 launched initially in China
last month with a 6.78-inch 1260x2800 144 Hz AMOLED touchscreen, the Snapdragon
8 Gen 3 chipset at the helm, a triple rear camera system (50 MP main with OIS,
64 MP periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom, 50 MP ultrawide), a 16 MP
selfie snapper, and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging.
