Amazfit Balance


Amazfit has introduced a new smartwatch in India. It is the Amazfit Balance that had debuted globally in September this year. The smartwatch is a premium offering with a host of specifications and features. It aims to focus on holistic wellness offering a deeper understanding of the body and mind. The wearable device competes against the likes of the Galaxy Watch 6, and other smartwatches offered by brands like Apple and Garmin.

The Amazfit Balance is a circular smartwatch with a functionable rotating dial and a physical button. It is water-resistant up to 50 meters. The device features a 1.5-inch AMOLED display bearing a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels. It offers a 60Hz refresh rate and 1,500 nits peak brightness along with auto-brightness adjustment.

Coming to the fitness and health-tracking features, the Amazfit Balance is equipped with dual LED and 8PD BioTracker 5 PPG sensor for monitoring heart rate and SpO2 levels. It is capable of tracking sleep patterns and the Readiness Score can indicate to users how sleep can affect their physical and mental condition. The wearable device also features Body Composition that can be used to measure and monitor body fat percentage, body mass index, basal metabolism, skeletal muscle, and more. The Amazfit Balance packs support for a host of sports modes and the Zepp Coach provides personalized training plans. It is also equipped with built-in GPS for outdoor workouts.

The Amazfit Balance has 4GB onboard storage for offline music playback. It has a built-in mic and speaker for Bluetooth voice calling function and also features an Alexa voice assistant. The smartwatch runs on Zepp OS 3 and packs all the necessary smart features. It is backed by a 475mAh battery unit that is claimed to last up to 14 days under typical usage.

The Amazfit Balance carries a price tag of Rs 24,999. It is offered in Sunset Grey and Midnight colors.
