The Samsung Galaxy A15 has been leaking a lot lately, both in its 4G and its 5G attires. But a leak is one thing - a full-on listing by a reputable retailer is quite another. And yet, that's exactly what we're dealing with today, as Walmart has listed the Galaxy A15 5G for Boost Mobile on its website, full specs and all.
Not just that, but there's a price too:
$139. For that amount of cash, you're getting a 5G-capable device (of course)
with 128GB of storage in "Blue Black", and that seems to be the only
colorway on offer. The phone has a 6.5-inch 1080p screen, a MediaTek SoC, 4GB
of RAM, a 50 MP main rear camera, a 13 MP selfie camera, and a 5,000 mAh
battery. Those are all the specs we get from Walmart, but they're the most
important ones (aside from which exact MediaTek chipset is being used -
previous leaks talked about the Dimensity 6100+).
According to a rumor from just a few days
ago, the A15 5G was supposed to retail for about US$ 149. Looks like Walmart and
Boost Mobile thought that was just about US$ 10 too steep. The ball is now clearly
in Samsung's court. Hopefully the Korean company will make the A15 5G official
soon.
