After showcasing the new 13th Gen Core i9 and RTX 4050 clad ThinkCentre M90a Pro Gen 4 AIO PC, Lenovo has now added a new gaming monitor to its portfolio called the Legion R27fc-30. This new monitor is aimed at FPS and esports enthusiasts as it features a high refresh rate 27-inch panel.
The Lenovo Legion R27fc-30 boasts a
27-inch display with a 3-side NearEdgeless design using VA panel technology. It
features WLED backlighting and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, with a 16:9
aspect ratio. The typical brightness level is 350 cd/m², and it has a contrast
ratio of 3000:1, with horizontal and vertical angles of 178 degrees.
When it comes to response time, it offers
a Moving Picture Response Time (MPRT) of 0.5 ms. It boasts a high refresh rate
of 240Hz, which can be overclocked to 280Hz, although this feature should be
used with caution as it may affect display performance irregularly. In terms of
color, the monitor offers good coverage, with a 99% sRGB coverage ratio and a
90% DCI-P3 coverage ratio. The color area ratio is 125% sRGB, and it supports
16.7 million colors with an 8-bit color depth. The screen surface is treated to
be anti-glare, reducing reflections.
The monitor is equipped with integrated
speakers delivering 2x 3W of power. It consumes 24W in typical usage, with a
maximum consumption of 47W. Special features of this monitor include HDR10
compliance, support for gaming consoles, a natural low blue light mode, and
compatibility with Lenovo Artery (Lenovo Display Control Center). It also
features VESA Adaptive Sync and is NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync compatible.
