Apple has collaborated with Nike and the luxury brand Hermes to showcase environmentally friendly band collections. These wearables fall under the Watch Series 9 which features 41mm or 45mm sizes, an improved edge-to-edge Retina screen with up to 2,000 nits peak brightness, Apple S9 which with 5.6 billion transistors, a 30 percent faster GPU, a 4-core Neural Engine, an 18-hour battery, and the Watch OS 10.
The Nike Sport Band contains 32 percent or
more recycled fluoroelastomer plus colorful flakes made from excess bands that
produce a randomized pattern for a unique look for each band. While the Nike
Sport Look comes with the space-dye pattern which they reused yarn from past
seasons.
Now for the main spotlight, Apple also
adds a new collection of Hermes bands which we all know come with a vast
history of textiles and craftsmanship. There are four bands in total. The first
one is called the Toile H—an interpretation of Hermes' signature checked canvas
and the Twill Jump which features solid color alongside contrasting details.
On the other hand, there's also the Bridon
band, the first-ever knitted band for the Apple Watch which is hand-braided
with a bold chevron pattern. If you prefer a sporty look, Apple made the
"Kilim" as it comes with waterproof molded rubber and a deployment
buckle. Moreover, there's the classic new watch face, Hermes Radial to
complement the four new band styles.
