iQOO Z7 Pro 5G

The iQOO Z7 series was announced for the global market earlier this year. Now, it appears that the company is working on a new Z7 Pro model as well. But ahead of any official announcement, the full specs and features of this device have been leaked.

The news arrives from known tipster Abhishek Yadav who shared the details on X. In the tweet, he stated that the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G could be a rebranded model of the Vivo S17e model (launched in China back in May). This does seem to be true, considering the similar specifications. The Z7 Pro 5G sports a tall 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution.

Under the hood, the device will reportedly feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC. In our previous report, we covered an AnTuTu benchmarking listing which revealed a variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A 4,600mAh battery pack is expected to power this device, which may support 66W fast charging as well. The rear features a 64-megapixel primary camera alongside a 2-megapixel sensor.

Meanwhile, the front might house a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. Other notable features include Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, Android 13, and an in-display fingerprint scanner for security. It is unclear when iQOO plans on releasing this device, but it is rumored to fall under the 30,000 INR price segment in India, which makes it an upper mid-range model.
