TECNO has made entries for high-end category devices with the Phantom series, and the V Fold. Now they have a clamshell-type phone upcoming. The news came from FCC's listing which confirmed details on the design, batteries, and fast charging.
The listing suggests that it features 5G
network connectivity, a dual battery configuration comprising of 1,165mAh and
2735mAh making it a total of 3,900mAh size which is typical for flip-designed
phones. The listing continued that it features a 45W power adaptor. Similar to
other Phantom Series devices. For this phone, TECNO seems to have taken a
different path by offering a foldable device with mid-range hardware and
rumored to have an affordable price tag.
Unfortunately, FCC did not reveal the
details of the upcoming flip. But leaks suggest that It may feature a 6nm MTK
Dimensity 8050 with Mali G77 MC9 GPU, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. Other rumored
details would be the dual rear camera setup with 64MP main shooter and 32MP
selfie camera. While it is also expected to run Android 13 OS with HiOS 13 skin
overlay.
