OPPO announced a 5G version last year and now they released a 4G edition entry-level phone. The OPPO A58 comes with a familiar look from the Reno 8T Series with that elongated camera island at the back however, the brand changed the texture of the rear cover a little bit with a smooth and matte finish instead of vegan leather.
Next is the display, which uses a
6.72-inch LCD (IPS) with 2400 x 1080 resolution, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and
680 nits max brightness. Inside, it comes with a 3-year-old chip 2GHz 12nm MTK
Helio G85 octa-core processor, with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU, 6GB RAM, and 128GB
storage.
For battery, it has a 5,000mAh size and
charges using a 33W SuperVOOC charging adaptor. In the camera department, the
phone uses 50MP primary shooter joined by a 2MP helper. Another feature noted
is the side-mounted fingerprint reader for security purposes. Right now some
information is still lacking like the WiFi and Bluetooth version used. But it
definitely uses 4G connectivity. Unfortunately, it goes the same with the OS
version used here but it may likely feature the latest Android 13.
OPPO A58 4G priced at IDR 2,499,000.
