Realme is expected to launch the Realme GT Neo 5 Pro flagship in either July or August. This new model will be positioned higher than the Realme GT Neo 5, which was initially priced at 2,499 Yuan (US$ 350) in China. Tipster Digital Chat Station has been consistently leaking new details about the GT Neo 5 Pro through his Weibo handle. In a recent Weibo post, the tipster reiterated the key specifications of the Pro model.
According to DCS, the Realme GT Neo 5 Pro
will sport a 6.74-inch OLED display. The flat screen will produce a 1.5K
resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels, a buttery-smooth 144Hz refresh rate, and
2160Hz PWM dimming. On the front, a 16-megapixel camera is expected to handle
selfies and video calls.
Its rear camera setup will feature an
OIS-enabled Sony IMX890 50-megapixel primary camera. At present, there is no
information available about the auxiliary cameras of the device. It will arrive
as Realme’s first smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
The SoC will be paired with 16 GB of RAM,
and it will have a 5,200mAh battery with 150W charging. The device is expected
to run on the Realme UI 4.0-based Android 13 OS. Other leaks by DCS have
revealed that the device will arrive with 512 GB or 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. There
is a possibility that the handset may also come in a 100W charging variant. It
is also being said that the phone’s back will have a transparent portion like
the Realme GT Neo 5.
As of now, these specifications are based
on leaks and rumors, and it’s always advisable to wait for official
confirmation from Realme. However, if these rumors hold true, the Realme GT Neo

the smartphone market. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach its expected
