Intel has introduced the Intel Arc Pro A60 and Pro A60M as the latest additions to their professional range of graphics processing units (GPUs). These new products offer improved performance and are specifically designed for professional workstation users. They come with up to 12GB of VRAM and can handle four monitors with HDR and Dolby Vision capabilities.
Intel’s latest addition to the workstation GPU space, the Intel Arc Pro A60 and A60M, offer significant improvements compared to existing Intel Arc Pro products. These GPUs provide enhanced capabilities for various tasks, making them ideal for dedicated business environments.
Enhanced Specifications: Intel Arc Pro A60 and A60M GPUs
- More PCIe Lanes: The Intel Arc Pro A60 and A60M offer double the number of PCIe lanes with 16, providing improved data transfer speeds.
- Increased Memory Bandwidth: These GPUs feature twice the memory bandwidth at 384 gigabytes per second, ensuring faster data processing.
- Advanced AI Capabilities: With twice the dedicated AI Xe Matrix Extensions (XMX) engines with 256, the Intel Arc Pro GPUs excel in AI inferencing tasks.
- Enhanced Ray Tracing: The number of ray tracing units has also doubled to 16, enabling realistic graphics and visual effects.
- Full Media Encode and Decode Support: The Intel Arc Pro GPUs include comprehensive media encode and decode support, including AV1, ensuring seamless media processing.
The Intel Arc Pro A60 GPU for desktop workstations will be available soon through authorized distributors, while the Intel Arc Pro A60M GPU for mobile systems will be available in the upcoming months through OEM partners. Intel Arc Pro desktop products come with a three-year limited warranty.
