Apple introduces a new beastly Mac Pro at the WWDC launch event featuring 3x faster than the previous model. The main highlight is the M2 Ultra chip which consists of a 24-core CPU and up to 76-core GPU. It comes alongside the 192GB unified memory with speeds up to 800 gigabytes of unified memory bandwidth. Now thats what you call pure muscle.
Apple says it comes with a performance of
seven afterburner cards built in. It has the capability to play an
unprecedented 22 streams of 8K ProRes video, support 24 4K camera feeds and
encode them to ProRes in real time all in a single computer when using six
video I/O cards. Moreover, the Mac Pro comes with PCIe expansion by up to 7
slots, with the six open expansion slots that with Gen 4 support making it 2x
fast as the predecessor and allowing users to customize Mac Pro with essential
cards.
The Mac Pro also has 8x Thunderbolt 4
ports, where the 6 are located at the back and 2 on the top. Apple claims this
supports up to 6x Pro Display XDRs, along with WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
Furthermore, Mac Pro has a lot of ports apart from those mentioned above, it
comes with 3x USB-A, 2x high bandwidth HDMI port with up to 8K at 240Hz
support, 2x 10GB ethernet port, and 1x a headphone jack with Hi-Fi support.

While the prices can be viewed at the
Apple Store website, the device will be first available in the US starting next
week, but there's no statement regarding other markets.
