The Xiaomi 15 is expected to launch in October as the first device powered by the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. As we get closer to its unveiling, it's getting certified more and more, left and right. Today it's been spotted in the 3C database. This certification has confirmed the fact that the phone has 90W wired charging support. That is exactly the same as its predecessor, so there will be no upgrade to speak of in this regard.
Unfortunately, this listing doesn't go
into any detail about the wireless charging support. That may very well stay
identical to the Xiaomi 14 as well, at 50W. The Xiaomi 15 has been rumored to
sport a 6.36-inch "1.5K" display with 120 Hz refresh rate and
1,400-nit peak brightness, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, up to 1TB of UFS 4.0
storage, a 4,800-4,900mAh battery, a 50 MP main camera using the OmniVision
OV50H sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide and 50 MP 3x zoom telephoto both using
Samsung's JN1 sensor, and a 32 MP selfie camera. It will be IP68 certified for
dust and water resistance.
