A mysterious HTC device has surfaced online with a whole bunch of live photos and some hardware info. The following trio of model numbers is mentioned - 2QC9200, 2QC9100, and 2QCB100, as well as a potential name for the device – the HTC U23 Pro 5G.
Some of the specs highlights include an
AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The phone is also said to have a 108MP main camera with OIS and a total of four
cameras on the back. It is powered by a 4,600 mAh battery with wireless
charging and seems to run Android 13. Also on the list of specs is a 3.5mm
audio jack positioned on the phone's top bezel.
The source also mentions that the device's
back cover and middle frame are made from plastic. We can also see a photo of
the phone's power button, which also doubles as a fingerprint scanner. By all
accounts, this seems to be an engineering unit in the very early stages of
development, so anything regarding pricing or availability would be pure
speculation at this point. Hopefully, the U23 Pro eventually comes to market.
