Previously, it was reported that Apple will launch Beats Studio Buds+ with a specialized Beats chip, and there are speculations that the company is all set to introduce the new Beats Studio Pro headphones. These headphones are expected to feature unique features such as Transparency Mode and Spatial Audio, as per a report by 9to5Mac. The project is believed to be a result of Apple’s collaboration with Samuel Ross from A-Cold-Wall, as indicated by the associated codenames.
Images of the upcoming Beats Studio Pro
headphones were recently discovered in the iOS 16.5 RC files, which were
released for developers on Tuesday. This confirms that Apple is still
interested in releasing new headphones under the Beats brand.
As per the report, the upcoming headphones
will feature improved active noise cancellation (ANC) and Transparency Mode,
along with an addition of Personalized Spatial Audio. Similar to other recent
products from the company, the headphones are expected to have a USB-C port for
charging and a custom Beats chip.
According to the images of the new Beats
Studio Pro, the design is very similar to the Beats Studio3, with the most notable
difference being the removal of the “Studio” branding from the headband. The
headphones will be available in black, white, dark blue, and brown. The Beats
Studio Pro is believed to have been developed in partnership with artist Samuel
Ross, who has previously worked with Beats.
There is currently no official release
date for the new headphones, but it is expected that both the Beats Studio
Buds+ and the Beats Studio Pro headphones could be as early as next week.
