Vivo recently launched its midrange Vivo V27 series in the market. The series consists of two different models; Vivo V27 and Vivo 27 Pro. Both smartphones offer some really good specifications like a 120Hz curved AMOLED display, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766V primary camera, sleek and modern design, 66W charging, and much more. And now, a new leak has popped up online regarding the succeeding model, the Vivo V29 Pro.
Indeed, it is quite surprising to see
leaks about the Vivo V29 Pro so soon after the release of the V27 series. As
per a report by 91Mobiles Hindi, the upcoming device is expected to feature
minor improvements over its predecessor. The V29 Pro is rumored to sport a
6.7-inch curved AMOLED display and carry the model number V2251.
According to the source, the device is
expected to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8000 series 5G chipset,
providing up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard internal storage. The device
will reportedly feature a 64-megapixel primary rear camera supported by optical
image stabilization (OIS), while the front-facing camera is expected to have a
50-megapixel sensor for selfies. Additionally, the phone is rumored to come
with a 5000mAh battery that supports 66W fast wired charging.
The report also claims that the handset is
expected to launch with Android 13 pre-installed. The phone will reportedly be
available in three different color options, although the specific colors have
not been disclosed yet. Additionally, the phone is said to feature a
color-changing rear panel and an under-display fingerprint scanner for
security. Moreover, the website mentions that the device is expected to launch
in India and overseas markets sometime in August or September.
